🌿 Day 3 of My Fruit Fast! 💨🍇🍊🍋 I’m officially on Day 3 of my fruit fast, and I’m feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with my body! ✨ Today’s fuel was all about hydration, cleansing, and nourishment: 🍇 Grapes with seeds – Nature’s detoxifier, full of antioxidants 🍊 Orange – Hydration + immune support = a natural glow 🫚🍋 Ginger lemon tea – A soothing, anti-inflammatory powerhouse 💧🍋‍🟩 Water with key lime – Helps flush toxins and balance pH 🥑 Guacamole (technically a fruit)– Healthy fats to keep me satisfied and glowing Every day on this fast, I’m reminded that food is medicine. It’s amazing how much energy and clarity we can gain when we give our bodies a break from processed foods and nourish them with nature’s best.
