Beef tallow— Use it when you cook if you’re not vegetarian. Honey- use it in your tea or your yogurt. While there are a few studies that show a very limited benefit to using honey as a healing agent, it’s not a viable option in daily skincare. I have had patients apply it to themselves after I inject filler or do a laser procedure and it makes me cringe a little. But beef tallow? It’s been kidnapped by the crazies with claims of you-name-it, even sunscreen. NOPE! Fat does not belong ON your face. Keep it where it belongs— IN your face!!
