anti-inflammatory beet smoothie 🫐🌿🥤☀️because we love adding vegetables to smoothies, and it’s great for refueling post-workout. full recipe below: -1 cup coconut water -1u002F2 beet, roasted, peeled and sliced into wedges (pro tip: if you’re gonna roast one beet, might as well roast a few and keep them in the fridge. you can also buy them pre-roasted from the produce section of many groceries) -1 cup frozen berries (this is the Kirkland brand triple berry blend) -2ish sprigs of mint, woody stems removed -1u002F2 cup plain Greek yogurt -honey to taste -2ish tbsp chia seeds (this was… a heavy pour lol) blend and enjoy!!
