Amynah Pradhan, PhD, University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL, discusses the takeaway messages from the plenary symposium titled ‘what makes migraine worse?’. There is a great interest in the migraine field, with various experts conducting migraine research and taking it in different directions. During the symposium, experts discussed the factors that can adversely impact migraines. Although there is much research on the mechanisms and connections between those factors, much more needs to be better understood to help patient needs further. This interview took place during the 2022 American Headache Society (AHS) Meeting in Denver, CO.
