WHITE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM • Trying out the old ice cream machine and WOW this is super deliciously sweet. Would love a ninja creamy but for now this will do! Recipe: 240g whole milk 120g caster sugar Pinch salt 5 egg yolks, whisked 480g cream 230g white chocolate, chopped Warm the milk, sugar and salt in a pan. Slowly pour the milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Add the mixture back into the pan and heat until the mixture thickens, coating the back of a spoon. Pour the milk mix over the chopped white choc and mix until combined. Stir in the cream and mix. Freeze in your ice cream machine and enjoy! (Ours took about 2 hours in the machine)
