🤫Sharing my mum’s secret Peppermint Crisp Chocolate Dessert Recipe, because Christmas is a time of giving 😅❤️ Peppermint Crisp Slices: Cream 250g butter with 1u002F3 cup caster sugar. Then add 1u002F2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 cup desicated coconut and enough plain flour to make a soft dough. Press into a pan to about a 1.5-2cm thickness. Bake at 180 degrees until done (roughly 15-20min). ⚠️It should be the texture of something that’s inbetween a cake & biscuit, not hard, so don’t over bake it. Once baked and cooled, spread melted choc over then sprinkle grated peppermint crisp on top. Once set, cut into slices and store in an airtight container.
